How to install iOS 4.3 Beta (Mac)

iOS 4.3 Beta is now available for developer to try. You can follow the steps below to make it works:

1.) Register UDID of the iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad with developer website
(If you forgot to do this, you still can find the UDID from System Profiler without iTunes)
2.) Download installer file from Apple developer website
3.) Mount the .dmg file downloaded from developer website
4.) Plug in your device and open iTunes
5.) In the Summary screen of your device, hold 'Alt' and press Restore button at the middle of the Summary screen, a file selection screen prompt out, then select the xxx_Restore.ipsw file in the mounted-drive.

Done! iTunes will take care the rest. Remember to Sync your iPad before you try. Good luck.

Where to find iPad/iPhone/iPod UDID without iTunes (Mac)

Some times you may need another way to find the UDID of the device as I did. (Besides iTunes device's summary page)

Recently I try to install iOS 4.3 Beta on my iPad, but I forgot to register the device with Apple Developer portal, so the iTunes device's summary page only show me the message to register the device with the portal.

Here is how I found the device's UDID without iTunes:
1.) Open 'System Profiler', under "Application > Utilities > System Profiler"
2.) Under the 'Contents' on your left, select "USB"
3.) Then select the device (iPad/iPhone/iPod)
4.) The "Serial Number"is the UDID of the device.

Social Group Manager

In Last century, we try our best to work hard in a company, and hopefully can be promoted to become department manager, or general manager. Nowadays, we have to re-think about it.

To become a department manager or a general manager no longer my direction, I more willing to become a "Manager" who manage a group of people over internet, or maybe we call him/her "Social Group Manager".

Internet, let us have more choices, and more control. We can decide "what" we want to read now, "when" we want to read, and "how" we want to read (could be text, images or videos). A "Social Group Manager", who can provide a "place" (or a platform) over the internet, to gather people with same interest at the right time with a friendly method everybody enjoy.

"Social Group Manager" may have more power then a department manager. As a "Social Group Manager", you are managing a group of people who have same interest with you, so they like you more then your staff did.

So, share your interest and your hobby with everybody, build up your social network and become a "Social Group Manager", when your group big enough (if you lucky enough), salary may not be an issue any more.

Online shopping bad experience 上網購物被騙 : i-megastore.net

Such a sad start of year 2010, I have been cheated via online shopping, from a website name "i-megastore.net".

I found this website from facebook advertisement on 2nd Jan 2010, I found that its iPhone got stock, some more "limited stock", so I quickly contact the "customer service" to check for stock availability, unfortunately they replied "Yes,You may place an order on our catalog and make a payment earlier to avoid disappointment" -_-

And the bad news was, I not only order one, but order two !! (One for my friend)
Totally has been transferred RM4160 to the them.

The contact number I got from them was 010-5189032 (Digi, Malaysia), please, make sure you don't use this number, if you just apply new line from Digi and they assign this number to you, please request another number or you may end up in hospital or jail. (Kidding)

Anywhere, I have made a police station yesterday, feel better now, let police do their job (don't know they really do or not), I just hope that this kind of thing won't happen again, I do online shopping quite often. If keep on happen to me I will bankrupt soon...
